目的调查湖南省乡镇卫生院医生中医药知识知晓率及中医适宜技术的应用与需求状况,提出中医继续教育的对策。方法在湖南省乡镇卫生院4期培训班中,每期随机抽取培训医生人数的50%,4期人数分别为49、51、53、53名,采用自编问卷,对206名医生进行现场问卷调查。结果 168名（81.55%）医生的学历为中专和大专,186名（90.29%）医生的职称为助理医师和医师,206名乡镇卫生院医生的中医药知识知晓率为63.83%,其学习背景对中医药知识知晓率的影响有差异（χ2=42.42,P=0.01）,中药及中医适宜技术经常使用率均低于30%,96.60%的乡镇卫生院医生希望学习一种或多种中医适宜技术来帮助诊疗疾病。结论乡镇卫生院医生...

Objective To investigate the awareness rate of TCM knowledge, the application, and demand situation of Chinese appropriate techniques in health clinics in towns and townships of Hunan Province;To put forward the countermeasures of TCM continuing education.
