Study on Medication Regularity of Yang Bingxiu's Treatment for Idiopathic Male Infertility Based on Data Mining

目的研究杨秉秀教授治疗特发性男性不育症的用药规律。方法收集杨秉秀教授门诊治疗特发性男性不育症病历,采用关联规则分析方法中的Apriori算法进行数据挖掘,对其处方中常用药物的类别、使用频次、药物间的关联规则等进行分析。结果收集病例46例,共计156诊次、156首处方,共使用中药78味、2710频次。使用频次最高的中药类别是补虚药,其次为利水渗湿药、清热药、收涩药。常用的药物配伍是补虚药+补虚药、补虚药+利水渗湿药、补虚药+清热药、利水渗湿药+利水渗湿药、利水渗湿药+清热药。结论杨秉秀教授治疗特发性男性不育症的组方用药,以补肾填精为主,益气健脾为辅,清热利湿化浊为佐,体现了补中有清...

Objective To study the medication regularity of Yang Bingxiu's treatment for idiopathic male infertility. Methods Outpatient records about idiopathic male infertility treated by Yang Bingxiu were collected. Apriori algorithm in association rules was used for data mining and analyzing the categories, usage frequency of commonly used medicine, and association rules among medicine.
