中药穴位贴敷历史悠久,临床疗效确切。本文基于中医理论的整体观和经络学说,从药物对机体的局部刺激、经络传导、透皮吸收3方面阐述中药穴位敷贴的作用机理,并结合中药经皮给药系统、代谢组学、药效物质基础等研究热点,提出中医药系统生物学这一新的研究模式。

Treatment by way of pasting TCM on acupoints has a long history and the clinical efficacy is determined.
