Interpretation of Prescription and Syndrome of Shentong Zhuyutang and Its Modern Research Progress

身痛逐瘀汤源自《医林改错》,为治疗痹证经典方剂之一。本文从方证释义、现代药理、现代研发等方面进行文献梳理分析,发现现代药理实验涉及范围较小,且缺乏对复方制剂药效物质的功效、原理等方面进行本质的解读。此外,关于身痛逐瘀汤制剂现代研发的均一性、稳定性等关键问题目前尚未得到解决。本文结合超分子“印迹模板”概念,提出身痛逐瘀汤现代药理学研究新方法,以及如何研制均一、稳定的中药复方制剂,为身痛逐瘀汤后续现代药理研究提供思路,并为中药复方制剂的研发奠定基础。
