谭新华教授论治前列腺炎以脾肾亏虚为本、气血湿热郁为标,虚实夹杂互为顽邪;谭师精于辨证,深谙病机之间相互关联,故针对前列腺炎肾虚不固、阴虚火旺、湿热蕴结、气滞血瘀等病机,强调整体论治原则,协调整体阴阳,气血湿郁热同调,创制前列腺炎经验方前炎清方,临床疗效确切,可为诊治前列腺疾病提供新的思路与方法。

The treatment of prostatitis by Professor Tan Xinhua is based on deficiency of spleen and kidney as the root, and manifested by dampness and heat depression of qi and blood as the symptoms, with intermingled deficiency and excess becoming intractable pathogenesis.Professor Tan is skilled in syndrome differentiation,understands correlation between pathogenesis, emphasizes the principle of overall treatment by targeting kidney deficiency, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, damp-heat accumulation, qi stagnation and blood stasis.He also proposes to balance overall dampness and heat depre...
