本文介绍谭新华教授治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的经验。谭老认为,乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的基本病机为正气亏虚,毒瘀内结,瘀血化水。治以益气活血为主,兼搜风通络,参以引经药直达病所;并强调需权衡虚实轻重主次,主张内服与外治相结合,方可收到较好疗效。

This article introduced the experience of TCM expert Tan Xinhua in the treatment of upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. TCM expert Tan believes that the basic pathogenesis of upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer surgery is deficiency of vital energy, toxin stasis, blood stasis and water retention.
