冠心病是多基因遗传和环境等因素相互作用的复杂性疾病,血瘀证是其常见证型之一。目前,表观遗传学是心血管领域研究的热点,通过表观遗传学机制可解释基因和环境的交互作用,冠心病的发生发展与DNA异常甲基化关系密切,而表观遗传学的修饰可逆。本文以DNA甲基化作为冠心病血瘀证新的诊疗工具,论述通过中药干预手段调控冠心病血瘀证相关基因羟甲基化修饰的研究进展,亦为中医证候本质研究提供新思路。

Coronary heart disease is a complex disease with multi-gene heredity and environmental factors.Blood stasis syndrome is one of the common syndromes.Epigenetics is currently a hotspot in the field of cardiovascular research.Epigenetic mechanisms can explain the interaction between genes and the environment.The occurrence and development of coronary heart disease is closely related to the abnormal methylation of DNA,while modifications are reversible.This article used DNA methylation as a new diagnosis and treatment tool of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome,discussed the research...
