基于"阴病治阳"理论,程丑夫教授认为病态窦房结综合征基本病机为阳虚阴盛,倡导以壮阳、补阳、通阳有机结合的温阳法贯穿治疗始终;又主张分期论治,初期采用麻黄细辛附子汤合阳和汤以温阳化气治其本,后期则应辨阴阳盛衰之象,阴阳两虚证采用生脉参附汤以温阳益气养阴,同时在疾病各阶段详审阴盛标实之候,综合运用温阳活血通络、温阳化痰除饮等治其标,以期阴阳两全、标本兼顾。

Based on the theory of “treating yang in yin disease”, Professor Cheng Choufu believes that the basic pathogenesis of sick sinus syndrome is yang deficiency and yin excess. He advocates the warming yang method of strengthening yang, tonifying yang and activating yang, which runs through the whole treatment of sick sinus syndrome. He also advocates treatment based on stages.
