数据挖掘技术是解决临床医疗数据分析与处理问题的重要手段.文中从临床行为的角度,提出了一种基于免疫算法的医疗临床路径挖掘算法(MCPM-IA).首先定义了支持度、亲和度和可信度来对临床诊疗过程中发生的行为进行分析,然后采用免疫算法中的选择和交叉操作来挖掘频繁项集,最后通过对频繁项集进行剪枝来获取最终的挖掘结果,从而构建出临床诊疗行为模式.仿真实验结果表明,MCPM-IA算法在查全率和查准率方面的性能要优于典型的Apriori算法和CSA算法.挖掘出来的临床路径可广泛应用于临床诊疗活动.

Data mining technology is an important means to solve the problems of clinical medical data analysis and processing.From the perspective of clinical behavior,a medical clinical pathway mining algorithm based on immune algorithm is proposed in this paper(MCPM-IA).Firstly,the support,affinity and credibility are defined to analyze the behavior in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Then,the selection and cross-operation of immune algorithm are used to mine frequent itemsets.Finally,the final mining results are obtained by pruning the frequent itemsets,so as to construct a clinical diagnosis and tre...
