目的:探讨妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎的机制。方法:选用雌性大鼠,行子宫内接种混合菌液制作急性盆腔炎模型。造模成功后将大鼠随机分为空白组,假手术组,模型组,妇科千金片低、中、高剂量组,妇炎康组和罗红霉素组,治疗后,取大鼠血清、子宫、输卵管、卵巢等组织,采用ELISA检测血清中IL-2、IL-6、IL-8的含量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组及假手术组IL-2的含量明显降低(P
