价值取向和思维方式是中医药文化的核心,弘扬和发展中医药文化必须建立在价值传承的基础之上。探讨马王堆养生文化的价值取向,对于弘扬和发展马王堆养生文化具有重要意义。文章深入剖析马王堆养生文化产生背景和内容特点,认为该文化以养护形神、延长寿命为目的,并根植于民本政治的社会思潮,侧重养生经验和方法的传承,具备天人相应的深刻认识,体现了注重生命、注重民生、注重实用、注重生态4种价值取向。
