目的:观察枕神经痛患者体表高发热敏穴区热敏腧穴的分布特征。方法:纳入60例枕神经痛患者,并对照60例健康受试者,通过灸感法探查出热敏腧穴,分析体表高发热敏穴区热敏腧穴出现概率,探讨热敏腧穴与枕神经痛的相关性。结果:枕神经痛患者高发热敏穴区热敏腧穴出现率为78.33%。枕神经痛患者高发热敏穴区热敏腧穴在风池、风府、阳陵泉穴区出现率较高,其次是在天柱、大椎穴区。结论:热敏腧穴与枕神经痛具有高度相关性,可为进一步研究热敏灸疗对枕神经痛的预防和治疗作用提供基础。

Objective： To observe the distribution characteristics of heat-sensitized acupoints in heat-sensitized acupoints area of patients with occipital neuralgia. Methods： Sixty patients with occipital neuralgia were included, with 60 healthy subjectsas control.
