目的:探讨右归丸联合西药激素替代(HRT)治疗卵巢早衰(POF)肾虚证的临床疗效。方法:将60例POF肾虚证患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例,采用右归丸联合HRT疗法治疗;对照组30例,采用单纯HRT疗法。两组均以3个月经周期为1个疗程。1个疗程后,观察两组临床疗效、中医证候总积分及血清激素水平(FSH、LH、E_2)的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗前后临床疗效及血清激素水平均有显著性变化(P
