马王堆医书的出土刷新了多个中医发展史上之“最早”，从而将中医理论、方法的发源追溯到先秦时期。文章通过分析马王堆出土医书对中医基础理论和养生文化的贡献，探讨马王堆养生文化的历史地位，认为其可视为后世中医理论及养生理念的源头活水。

The medical books unearthed from Mawangdui refreshes ＇the earliest＇ in the history of Chinese medicine, thus the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and method of origin traces back to pre-Qin period.
