文章介绍了尤昭玲教授对行体外受精-胚胎移植的多囊卵巢综合征患者自创“三期二型助孕法”,从体外受精-胚胎移植的3个过程降调期、促排期、移植后期介入。降调期勿动,清心静候、抚卵静养;促排期多泡型敛泡固泡、滋肾阴促卵熟,少泡型脾肾双补、增泡助卵,且调泡与调膜同用、调泡勿忘调膜;移植后期健脾助膜,益肾固胎,安胎前移。三期环环相扣,互为基础,提高了着床率和临床妊娠率。

This paper introduced assisted reproduction method of ＇three times and two types＇ which was created by professor YOU Zhao-ling and used in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation （IVF-ET）.
