目的:系统评价半夏泻心汤加减治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、VIP、CNKI和万方公开发表的与半夏泻心汤加减治疗PU相关的随机对照试验(RCT),并手工检索相关杂志。经质量评价最终纳入文献后采用Review Manger 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12个研究,全部为中文,Jadad评分2篇为5分,3篇为3分,7篇为1分。Meta结果显示:半夏泻心汤组与常规西药组比较,临床疗效优于常规西药治疗:合并效应值OR=3.60,95%CI[2.58,5.01],P

Objective: To systematically evaluate the effi cacy of the modifi ed Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of treating peptic ulcer with modifi ed Banxia Xiexin Decoction published in Chinese biological and medical database, VIP database, CNKI, and Wangfang database were retrieved by using computer, and relevant journals were manually retrieved.
