尤昭玲教授在接诊近万例体外受精-胚胎移植失败求助中医辅助的患者中,形成了独特的尤氏中医辅治的思路与方案。其中,尤昭玲教授构建的养胎方案即“养胎二步法”:第一步,着床前健脾兼以补肾,认为远水难以解近渴,重抓内膜 “种植窗期”,纳胎摄胎,养膜助孕;第二步,确认着床后,补肾兼以健脾,认为固护胎儿为首要,重固胚胎着床之根基,养胎固胎,护胎长养。临床助孕率较高,值得进一步研究及推广。
