“治未病”在中医里的主要思想是未病先防和既病防变,侧重于对个人健康的治理。文章从通过分析个人健康信息的来源,从个人健康知识表达的角度,讨论了症状的属性、症状与症状、症状与证之间的关系,提出了个人健康知识库的结构、构建过程和构建方法。通过构建个人健康知识库,可以促进个人健康信息高效地管理和利用,为个人健康信息共享从语义层提供统一的规范化表达。与此同时,可以加速中医症状和证的规范化,更可为中医个性化医疗提供决策支持。
