目的:观察电针心经穴前后3种状态(静息态、电针刺激态、拔针后效应态)脑功能连接的变化,为电针心经穴的中枢响应机制提供影像学依据。方法:选取符合纳入标准的健康受试者14名,采用静息态功能磁共振,获得电针心经穴前后3种状态的脑功能连接并分析其差异。结果:①静息状态下与双侧后扣带回存在功能连接的脑区有双侧小脑、额下回,左侧额中回、颞下回、楔前叶、枕中回及枕叶舌回,右侧中央前回、顶下小叶、海马旁回(P
