导师尤昭玲从宏观与微观的角度调治,辨治卵泡、内膜发育异常的不孕病症过程中,中西合参,病证结合。从宏观角度根据阴阳变化调治月经,行经期重阳转阴,经期针对原发痼疾治疗,辅以调理气血,因势利导,使胞宫脉络通畅,盈满之血依时而下。经后期,阴长阳消期,经后子宫血海空虚,予以滋养精卵、内膜,使精卵发育成熟、内膜长养,顺利地进入经间排卵期。依据B超及基础体温变化的微观角度治疗泡、膜发育异常,结合卵泡发育的时空特征,总结出“尤氏调泡六法”、增膜、缩膜及泡膜同调。在临床治疗取得较好的疗效,值得我们学习借鉴。

Professor YOU Zhao-ling differentiates and treats infertility induced by follicular and endometrium dysplasia from macroscopic and micro perspective based on integration of Chinese and western medicine and combined with diseases and syndromes.She regulates menstruation according to the change of Yin and Yang from the macroscopic perspective.In menstrual period,she treats primary disease,and supplements by regulating Qi and blood,in order to dredge uterus venation.In the later period of menstruation,the blood sea is emptiness,so the treatments should give priority to nourishing follicle and end...
