文章从学术需求、社会发展需求和疾病谱改变需求3个方面,阐释推拿学科与康复学科交叉的背景与意义,由此定义康复推拿,归纳康复推拿的三大特色内涵为:①以中西医理论为基石,是中西医结合模式的表现形式;②将康复评定、功能判断与推拿手法相结合,朝向精准治疗;③着重功能观,以功能为导向,提升功能为目标,并且提出康复推拿学的发展展望.
