通过对亚健康的定义、亚健康学的学科内容等进行分析的基础上,可以认为亚健康学本质上类属于中西医结合。中西医结合思路与方法的指导对亚健康学发展十分重要,同时亚健康学的发展也完善了中西医结合自身的学科内涵。
