Objective: To investigate the relationship between SNP of mTOR, mLST8 gene and non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head (NONFH) and its TCM syndromes. Methods: Five SNPs selected from mTOR, mLST8 gene were used to detect SNP typing by MALDI-TOF MS technique. Results: Strong linkage disequilibrium exists in rs26865 and rs27425 of mLST8 gene.
