目的:观察分析针刺对脑卒中痉挛状态(SCA)大鼠大脑黑质纹状体中多巴胺(DA)及其受体亚型(D1、D2)含量与表达的影响,从而探讨针刺对缓解SCA的作用机制。方法:将32只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、针刺组(针刺阳陵泉、曲池),每组8只。运用大脑中动脉线栓法制作SCA模型,造模成功后第1天开始治疗,连续3d。以肌张力评分评价模型和针刺疗效,运用ELISA法分析大鼠大脑黑质中DA及其D1、D2受体的含量,RT-PCR法观察大鼠大脑D1、D2 mRNA的表达。结果:治疗前,与空白组、假手术组比较,模型组、针刺组肌张力评分显著升高(P

Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of acupuncture on the the rats with SCA based on the quantity and expression of DA and DA receptor subtypes (D1, D2) in the brain substantia nigra corpus striatum in order to explore the mechanism of acupuncture on alleviating the SCA.
