文章从用方来源、用方思路与用方经验等方面总结国医大师熊继柏教授临床组用方思路和经验.熊继柏教授用方来源有三:古代名方、古代名方化裁加减、自拟方3个部分,其中古代名方既包括《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《温病条辨》等四大经典著作中的经方,还包括了金元四大家、张景岳、张锡纯、傅青主、程钟龄等名家创立的名方,尤其推崇《医宗金鉴》和《医学心悟》收录的方剂;熊老临床用方遵循“辨证准确用原方”“复杂矛盾须合方”“随证加减化裁方”“千锤百炼经验方”等原则.

This article summarized the thinking and experience of professor XIONG Ji-bo,a TCM master,in clinical group from the aspects of the source of the prescription,the thinking and experience of the prescription.Professor XIONG Jibo's prescriptions come from three sources:ancient famous prescriptions,ancient famous prescriptions' modification,addition and subtraction,and self-made prescriptions.Among them,ancient famous prescriptions include the classical prescriptions in four classical works,such as Shanghan Lun,Jingui Yaolue and Wenbing Tiaobian,e...
