中医领域是人工智能应用的重要领域之一,辨证论治是中医学认识疾病和治疗疾病的基本原则,中医数字辨证是中医智能辅助诊断的核心,而辨证模型的核心是辨证知识的表示与推理。文章通过对相关的国内外文献进行研读和梳理,论述了中医数字辨证的发展历程,中医数字辨证研究曾经采用的知识表示与推理方法,以及中医药知识图谱的研究现状,探讨了基于知识图谱来开展中医数字辨证研究的意义和初步方案。
