指按法是最早应用于临床治疗的手法之一。从推拿手法的临床应用角度来看,指按法使用频率最高、应用范围最广、操作最简单。从推拿手法的力学角度来看,指按法是垂直向下用力的代表手法,大部分手法包含了按压的动作成分。从推拿发展的历史源流来看,历代文献对按法和摩法的探讨代表了推拿发展进程,指按法有丰富的文献记载。文章基于指按法的临床应用、文献记载和实验数据对指按法的操作参数进行理论探讨和力学分析。

Pressing manipulation is one of the earliest methods used in clinical treatment. From the point of view of clinical application of manipulation, pressing manipulation has the highest frequency of use, the widest range of application and the simplest operation.
