在临床实践过程中,常应用"阿是之法"来治疗疾病,其形成和发展有着悠久的历史渊源,而穴位敏化是近些年新兴的概念,既有传统中医理论的解释亦有现代科学方面的研究。对于阿是穴与穴位敏化的关系,它们有理论的一致性,同时,穴位敏化理论更是阿是穴理论的继承和发展。在临床应用方面,综合运用传统针灸取穴、阿是穴、穴位敏化理论能够取得更好的临床疗效,文章就阿是穴与穴位敏化的关系来探讨针灸治病选穴原则,以使其理论更好地运用于临床。

In the process of clinical practice, ‘Ashi method' is often used to treat diseases. Its formation and development have a long historical origin. Acupoint sensitization is an emerging concept in recent years. It has both the interpretation of traditional Chinese medical theory and modern scientific research.
