全国名中医王行宽教授从事中医临床工作50余年,在治疗心血管疾病、脾胃疾病以及内科杂病等方面具有丰富的临床经验。文章结合病案分析,从微观辨证的角度阐释风湿病的病因病机,王行宽教授治疗风湿病强调除祛除风、寒、湿邪的基本治法,同时还必须兼顾调治肝肾亏虚,并总结出以祛风湿、调气血、补肝肾为主要治法治疗类风湿关节炎的经验,对临床上类风湿关节炎的治疗具有一定的实用价值,值得借鉴应用。

Professor WANG Xing-kuan, a nationally famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), has been engaged in the clinical work of TCM for over 50 years. In this process, he has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, spleen and stomach diseases and other internal medical diseases. This article explaind the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatism from the perspective of microscopic syndrome differentiation through the analysis of medical records.
