目的:基于TLR4/p38MAPK/AP-1信号通路探讨心痛泰对兔动脉粥样硬化和血管重构的影响。方法:日本大耳白兔120只随机分为空白组,模型组,心痛泰低、中、高剂量组和瑞舒伐他汀组。采用前瞻性实验研究,造模的同时给予药物灌胃。8周后取胸主动脉,免疫组化法测定白介素-8 (IL-8)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 (MCP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9 (MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1 (TIMP-1);Masson染色观察胶原分解和平滑肌纤维;测定胸主动脉最大内膜厚度(MIT)、最小管腔直径(MLD)、管腔面积(LA)、内弹力膜围绕面积(IELa)、外弹力膜围绕面积(EELa),计算内膜面积(IA)、中膜面积(MA)、管腔狭窄百分比(LS);Western Blot法测定...
