目的:探讨麝香配伍乳香对慢性前列腺炎(CP)小鼠前列腺组织中P物质(SP)的影响。方法:将6周龄雄性NOD/SCID小鼠随机分为4组:空白组、模型组、麝香-乳香组、麝香-乳香高剂量组。除空白组以外,均建立CP模型。造模20d后根据组别分别予以相应0.9%氯化钠溶液及不同剂量的麝香-乳香灌胃。连续灌胃14d后采用免疫组化法及ELISA法分别检测小鼠前列腺组织及血清中SP的含量。结果:模型组SP染色阳性细胞数较空白组增多(P

Objective: To investigate the effects of Moschus compatibility with Olibanum on substance P (SP) in prostate tissue of chronic prostatitis (CP) mice. Methods: The 6th week old male NOD/SCID mice were randomly divided into four groups: blank group, model group, Moschus-Olibanum group and Moschus-Olibanum high-dose group.
