经络辨证是中医重要的辨证方法,其对口疮病的辨证施治具有重要的指导意义。但现在可见的文献中笔者尚未见到通过经络辨证对口疮病进行辨证施治的系统性论述和报道。文章立足《黄帝内经》等经典著作并结合临床实践,通过解析口疮病运用经络辨证的理论依据、介绍口疮病运用经络辨证的临床体会以及列举口疮病运用经络辨证的名医医案3个方面,以论述经络辨证在口疮病辨证施治中的合理性和实用性,并为口疮病的经络辨证论治提供理论依据和现实指导。

Syndrome differentiation of channel theory is an important dialectical method for Chinese medicine, and it has important guiding significance to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of aphthous diseases.
