Therapeutic effect and mechanism of Testudinis Carapacis et Plastri Colla on gastric ulcer model mice

目的:探讨龟甲胶对胃溃疡模型小鼠的治疗作用及其机制。方法:以食用醋酸灌胃构建小鼠胃溃疡模型,实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、三九胃泰组、龟甲胶组,经灌胃给药或0.9%氯化钠溶液1周后,常规法检测体质量、脾/胸腺指数、乳糖酶活性、胃残留率、胃溃疡指数及胃溃疡抑制率,滴定法检测胃液酸度,HE染色法检测胃、小肠、结肠的病理变化,ELISA法检测血清白介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-8和胃泌素的含量水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组体质量、脾指数、胸腺指数显著下降(P

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Testudinis Carapacis et Plastri Colla on gastric ulcer model mice.
