目的:基于线粒体途径探讨知柏地黄汤含药血清干预解脲脲原体(UU)感染大鼠生精细胞活力的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用在体UU感染建模,随后原代提取大鼠生精细胞,以知柏地黄汤含药血清(低、中、高剂量组)为实验施加因素,同时设空白组、强力霉素组和模型组。给予相应药物干预后进行指标检测。结果:知柏地黄汤含药血清能改善UU感染的生精细胞活性,提高存活率(P

Objective: Based on the mitochondrial pathway, the effects of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction containing serum on apoptotic cells of spermatogenic cells in ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infected rats and its mechanism were studied. Methods: UU infection in vivo was modeled, and spermatogenic cells of rats were extracted in the primary generation.
