文章总结尤昭玲教授治疗卵巢早衰经验。认为肾虚血瘀为其根本病因,治疗上以补肾活血为基本治法,谴方用药注重补肾通络,兼顾疏肝、健脾、活血,重视改善临床症状,恢复卵巢排卵与激素分泌功能。理论上创新性提出卵泡“时空论”与“冰山论”,丰富卵巢早衰辨治中医理论基础,完成从临床到理论的升华凝练,形成卵巢早衰独特而完整辨治体系。
