目的:探讨糖肾康胶囊在治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)气阴两虚夹瘀型的临床疗效。方法:将2018年10月至2019年6月本院收治的气阴两虚夹瘀型早期DN患者68例按就诊顺序通过随机数字表法分对照组(34例)和观察组(34例),所有患者均给予基础治疗,对照组在此基础给予厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合糖肾康胶囊治疗,均治疗3个月后,对比两组临床疗效、中医证侯积分、肾功能、尿蛋白及不良反应情况等。结果:治疗前,两组各指标差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组中医证候临床疗效显著优于对照组(P

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Tangshenkang Capsule on early diabetic nephropathy (DN) with the deficiency of both qi and yin complicated by stasis.
