Objective: To investigate the effects of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury on the pathological morphology of neuron injury in cortex EPL and hippocampus CA1 regions in rats. Methods: A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group and middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) group. The local cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was reproduced by MCAO.
