证素辨证学一直是中医学领域研究的热点,是中医与大数据、人工智能重要的结合点;虽然证素辨证学尚存一些问题,但仍然有较好的应用前景。文章结合近几年研究动态,对证素辨证学研究中的一些问题进行了总结,认为病程长短、主诉主线、病种适用、体质与证素、证素组合等价性等问题尚待完善。结合课题资助和发文量等预测未来证素辨证仍然是热点,但应注重学科交叉,着力解决证素辨证学中证素组合、方元匹配等问题,同时扩大数据量、融合更多的辨证方法,扩大证素辨证的应用范围。

Syndrome element differentiation has always been a hot topic in Chinese medicine. It is an important bridge to connect Chinese medicine, big data and artificial intelligence.
