目的:探讨采用低频振荡振幅（ALFF）法分析戒断甲基苯丙胺（MA）成瘾患者与健康人全脑活动强度的差异。方法:前瞻性收集2016?年4?月至2017?年3?月来自湖南省长沙市平塘强制戒毒所的戒断MA成瘾男性患者29?例和同期招募的健康男性对照31?名。记录所有戒断MA成瘾患者的一般情况，包括初次使用MA年龄、使用MA月数、每个月MA用量、最后1?年频率、最后1?个月频率、目前戒毒月数、戒毒次数、吸毒时渴求自评分数、吸烟史（是否吸烟和吸烟年限）、饮酒史（是否饮酒和饮酒年限）。采集静息态功能MRI数据，使用DPABI软件包对图像进行预处理并计算2组受试者全脑每个体素的ALFF值。采用两样本 t检验与Alphas...
