目的:研究脑泰胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:70只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、尼莫地平组、血栓通组、脑泰胶囊低、中、高剂量组。通过线栓大脑中动脉制备脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,苏醒后对其神经功能行为学进行评分;缺血2 h再灌注7 d后,用T T C染色法检测脑组织梗死体积并进行病理切片观察神经细胞的形态结构的改变。结果:脑缺血再灌注后,脑泰胶囊组神经功能缺失症状减轻（P

Objective：The protective effect of Naotai Capsule was observed on the rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Methods： 70 Sprague-Dawley（SD） rats were randomly divided into 7 groups：sham operation group,model group,Ninodiping group,Xueshuantong group,Naotai Capsule groups（low,middle and high dosages）.Animals were subjected to cerebral ischemia reperfusion through middle cerebral artery occlusion（MACO） with silk thread ligation for 2 h and sacrificed 7 days after reperfusion.Some indexes were detected such as neurological deficit scores...
