实现中医现代化,要用现代化科学理论对中医传统理论进行改造、理解和解释.中医正朝着现代化科学化医学的道路大步迈进,中西医结合经过半个多世纪的发展,目前中医学与现代科学尤其是基础学科结合的研究取得了一些成就,中医有必要借鉴西医发展的经验,紧密结合现代科学技术,从而走向现代化,实现真正的“中西医结合”.但目前实现中医的现代化、国际化也存在一些困难和问题,如对理论研究的认识不够全面,造成了研究的错位,未能及时建立起科学的力量和假说来指导实践研究,理论思维存在偏差,精通多学科的复合知识型人才匮乏等结果,这些问题还有待于中医研究者们进一步思考和解决.

In order to achieve the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,the theories of traditional Chinese medicine need to be transformed,understood and explained with modern scientific theory.
