《伤寒论》自成书之后,原文几经整理,第15条原文在各版本中偏离较大,有学者在坚持宋版原文的基础上,认为文中的"气上冲"为冲气上逆所致,桂枝汤在此处即为平冲降逆。笔者通过比较各版本的差异,系统梳理、分析此条中的"气上冲"和桂枝汤,最终得出此条可能在北宋校订时有所改动或将前人的批注误认为原文,同时笔者在结合相关原文的论述后,认为"气上冲"应为干呕之症,桂枝汤的功用在此条主要为安胃止呕,疏散太阳之邪,既体现了辛、酸、甘除逆,也正切合本条"气上冲"为干呕的病机。
