目的:观察赖氏"通元针法"治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用妇科千金片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合赖氏"通元针法"治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛（VAS）及行为疼痛测定表（BRS-6）评分。结果:治疗组有效率为86. 67%,对照组有效率为76. 67%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Lai’s " Tongyuan needling method" on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease( CPID) with syndrome of dampness and heat and blood stasis.
