You Zhao-ling＇s Experience of Treating Anovulatory Polycystic Ovary syndrome by Using Method of ＂Hypothetical Menstruation Ovulation-Assisted Pregnancy＂

对于多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS）性闭经、长期无排卵却有生育要求患者,当以调经助孕为首要任务,尤昭玲教授独创＂假定月经促排卵助孕法＂,不刻意追求月经来临,以就诊当日设定为月经第5天,就诊当日晚9点后始服用促排卵药物。临床常用的促排卵药物有枸橼酸氯米芬（clomiphene citrate,CC）及来曲唑（letrozole,LE）,同时按照假定的月经周期给予中医辨证施治,行经期以行气活血,化瘀调经;经后期以补肾填精,宣散脉络,促卵泡生长。＂假定月经促排卵助孕法＂不受月经限制,在满足条件下即可随时采取中西医结合方法治疗无排卵性PCOS,临床疗效显著。

For patients with amenorrhea,chronic anovulation due to polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） but with fertility requirements,the primary task is to regulate the menstrual function for promoting pregnancy.Professor You Zhao-ling has created ＂ hypothetical menstruation ovulation-assisted pregnancy＂,which does not purposely pursue menstrual onset.It is scheduled for menstrual period for the fifth day on the day of treatment,and ovulation drugs are used after 9 o＇clock in the evening on the day of treatment.The commonly-used drugs for ovulation ind...
