仲景其人其书必深受当时的社会、政治、思想文化的影响。汉末天灾人祸客观上促进了医学的自我发展,使悬壶济世尤为重要,同时道教及道术的发展繁荣有利于张仲景吸收其优秀成果;政治上的"领官制"为"仲景守长沙"提供了有力的佐证,且地域特色发挥了潜移默化的作用;学风的变迁、士风的重振对仲景治学影响最大,其采取的"古文经学"治学方法尤其要引起重视,这是研究《伤寒杂病论》一书的正途。研究仲景学说,当采取唯物史观的研究方法,将张仲景放到其时代的背景中去,客观辨证地去研究分析问题,避免以今度古、流散无穷,以不失先贤意。

Zhang Zhongjing and his book must be deeply influenced by the social,political and ideological culture at that time. The natural disasters and man-made disasters in the end of Han Dynasty objectively promoted the self-development of medicine,which made Xuanhu Jishi especially important. At the same time,the development and prosperity of Taoism and Taoist arts was beneficial to Zhang Zhongjing’ s absorption of his outstanding achievements.
