Meta Analysis of the Treatment of Thin Endometrium with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:系统评价中西医结合治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效.方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普信息资源系统、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane library等数据库已公开发表的中西医结合治疗薄型子宫内膜的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析.结果:纳入15篇文献,共1 189例患者,观察组598例,对照组591例.Meta分析结果:观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组[MD=1.07,95％ CI(0.65,1.48),P＜0.000 01];观察组妊娠率高于对照组[OR =2.39,95％ CI(1.80,3.17),P＜0.000 01];观察组子宫动脉搏动指数[MD=-0.33,95％ CI(-0.52,-0.13),P=0.0...
