Study on TCM Syndrome Type and Syndrome Elements of Peptic Ulcer

目的:探讨和归纳消化性溃疡的中医证型及证素分布规律。方法:从知网、维普、万方等文献数据库筛选收集2007年1月至2019年5月有关消化性溃疡辨证的文献材料,进行证型收集总结,再分解、提取其证素,建立数据库,运用SPSS 21.0对其证型、证素分布进行频次分析,探讨其规律,最后运用中医辨证理论对研究结果进行综合分析。结果:①检索到相关文献1 569篇,依据文献筛选原则最终确定文献为37篇,病例数合计6 300例,收入证型共20个,病位证素5个,病性证素10个。②肝胃不和是消化性溃疡最常见的证型,其次是脾胃湿热、脾胃虚弱等。③病位证素主要是胃、脾、肝,涉及胃络和心。④病性证素主要为气滞、热、湿等。结...
