目的:观察耳穴贴压联合五音疗法对全膝关节置换术后早期患者的镇痛效果。方法:将符合诊断标准的120例行全膝关节置换术的患者随机分为对照组、耳穴贴压组、五音疗法组及联合组（耳穴贴压联合五音疗法）,每组30例。各组患者均在常规镇痛的基础上进行干预,为期1周,对比4组患者术后静息痛及运动痛的程度、膝关节功能恢复状况、术后疼痛控制满意度。结果:4组患者术后1 d、2 d、3 d、7 d静息疼痛视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale,VAS）评分比较,差异均有统计学意义（P
