A Study on Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Cafeine Acid In Buds of Lonicera Macrathiods Hands Maazz

目的:从绿原酸和咖啡酸的含量方面科学评价灰毡毛忍冬的药用价值.方法:采用高效液相色谱法比较湖南产的灰毡毛忍冬与山东省和河南省产的正品金银花的绿原酸和咖啡酸的含量.结果:湖南隆回县、溆浦县、新宁县种植的灰毡毛忍冬,河南产的密银花、山东产的济银花中绿原酸百分含量分别为3.967±0.2724、2.674±0.1408、4.514士0.0182、2.415±0.1913、2.104±0.1684;咖啡酸的百分含量分别为0.0536±0.0063、0.0424±0.0086、0.0477±0.0033、0.0447±0.0023、0.0647±0.0065.结论:毡毛忍冬花蕾中的绿原酸的含量远高于或略高于正品金银花;咖啡酸的含量接近或略高于正品金银花.

Objective: To scientifically assess the medicinal value of Lonicera Macrathoids Hands-Mazz on the basis of the content of Chlorogenic acid and cafeine acid in it. Method To compare the content of Chlorogenic acid and cafeine acid extracted from Lonicera Macrathoids Hands-Mazz produced in Hunan Province with that extracted from A-class Flos Lonicerae cultivated in Shandong and Henan provinces by the method of high performance liquid chromatography.
