摘要:
目的采用网络药理学和生物信息学方法,研究心惠通方(XHTF)治疗冠心病可能的分子机制。方法通过Therapeutic Target Database, Drugbank 等构建冠心病的靶点网络, TCMSP 挖掘XHTF 药效分子-靶点网络及XHTF 药效分子-冠心病靶点网络,采用GO 分析及KEGG 通路富集分析工具从多个角度探索XHTF 治疗冠心病的多靶点作用机制和分子调控网络。结果利用TherapeuticTargets Database 及Drugbank 数据库共获得88 个冠心病的靶点。从TCMSP 数据库检索到XHTF393 个化合物以及对应的205 个药物靶点;通过相关数据库共检索到XHTF 可直接作用于13 个冠心病的靶点,分别为: TP53、MAPK14、NFKB1、HSPA5、PLG、PTGS2、...
